Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival and Spa - Beginning the adventure in the red city of Marrakech, the gateway to the desert, staying in a beautifully renovated traditional Riad in the old city. The Boutique Souk driver will greet you the airport and transport you to the old town where you will be welcomed with mint tea at Riad Karma.

Sunbathing on the Riad’s roofterrace sundeck will be interrupted only by a traditional hammam, steam bath and exfoliating scrub to ease you into your week’s relaxation.

Day 2

Soukking - Boutique souk’s guide will provide a guided introduction to the city and personal shopping in the souks.

Day 3

Free day to explore Marrakech (optional extra - day trip to Desert)

Day 4

Transfer to your luxury mountain retreat, the beautiful Domaine Malika boutique hotel in the Ouirgane Valley. The French mother and son management team will make you

welcome and at home with their personal touch and great cuisine.

Day 5

Explore the Ouirgane Valley with an English speaking personal guide, trek or stroll at your own pace, finishing with a picnic lunch in the countryside, enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Day 6

Transfer to the coastal town of Essaouira – famous for its artistic and musical heritage both traditional Gnawa musicians and its former inhabitant – Jimi Hendrix. The white harbour town with ancient medina filled with little souks and restaurants and cafes and eating freshly caught seafood on its harbour is a great pleasure.

Accommodation at the beautiful Riad ‘O’, with views over the beach and ancient medina.

Day 7

Half day guided tour of the medina and harbour of Essaouira with our experienced local historical guide. Free afternoon to walk the beaches and explore the city.
